New to Westside Fit-Boxing?

Welcome! Whether you’re ready to punch it out in our Fit-Boxing classes or build strength and stability in our Core.Power.Strength resistance-training sessions, here’s everything you need to know before getting started.

  • Both classes deliver a full-body workout—just with different focuses.

Fit-Boxing is our signature heavy-bag workout: a high-intensity blend of boxing, kickboxing, cardio, and HIIT training. Expect fast-paced combos, loud music, serious sweat, and major stress relief. 🥊

Core.Power.Strength is where functional strength meets Pilates-inspired control. You’ll use resistance bands, weights, and bodyweight moves to sculpt lean muscle, build core stability, and improve balance and posture. It’s low-impact, high-burn, and the perfect way to develop a powerful core foundation and unlock full-body strength potential you didn’t know existed. 💪

Most members mix both for a balanced training program that builds strength, endurance, and confidence—inside and outside the studio.

  • Nope! Our Fit-Boxing classes are built for all levels—from first-timers to seasoned punchers. We’ll teach you proper form, punches, kicks, and combos, and help you build strength and confidence from day one.

We also take cleanliness seriously. You’ll find disinfectant spray and paper towels at every station to wipe down your space after class.

Taking classes at WSFB is the best thing I’ve done for myself. It jump started my fitness journey. The classes are challenging, but the environment is accepting of all fitness levels. You’ll get a great workout, learn new things, and feel empowered after class. Plus it’s super fun to punch and kick a hanging bag as added stress release!” Kaitlin
