We're a women-owned fitness studio on Santa Cruz's Westside offering fitness kickboxing, core, and strength training classes. Our classes are challenging by design—built for people who are ready to push themselves and want real results. No kickboxing experience required; a baseline level of fitness helps you hit the ground running.

Founded by former athletes and busy moms, Westside Fitboxing is more than a workout. We created a space that strengthens body and mind, provides a powerful outlet for stress, and brings people together through movement.

Our Training Approach

Drawing on backgrounds in martial arts, competitive sports, and fitness training, our program pairs high-intensity heavy-bag Fit-Boxing—building strength, endurance, and resilience—with Pilates-based conditioning for mobility, core stability, and balance.

It's a smarter, more effective alternative to traditional gym workouts, without the intimidation.
