Strength Low Impact

Pilates-inspired strength training using bands, weights, and functional movement to build core stability, mobility, and total-body strength.

Low impact when needed. High results always.

Bring a mat and water.

Kickboxing Cardio All Levels

Fitness kickboxing on your own heavy bag — no sharing, no sparring. Each class blends real technique with high-energy cardio and strength training for a full-body workout that builds endurance, coordination, and serious stress relief.

No kickboxing or boxing experience needed.

Bring gloves, hand wraps, a mat, water, and non-scuff athletic shoes.

Kickboxing Strength All Levels

Half heavy bag workout. Half strength and conditioning. One seriously effective full-body workout.

Boxing rounds, dumbbell work, functional conditioning, and core training — all in one balanced class designed to build strength, endurance, and confidence.

Perfect for anyone building confidence on the bag, adding more strength training to their routine, or looking for a smart cross-training option. All levels welcome — great for new clients.

Free small-group intro session for new members. Learn basic punches, kicks, hand wrapping, and how to train safely on the heavy bag — so you can walk into your first class feeling confident.
