New to Fitboxing? Classes are fast-paced and challenging, but instructors coach proper technique and offer modifications. Start with Fitboxing Fundamentals — our free intro covering basic technique and safe heavy-bag training.

CorePower+Strength
Pilates-inspired strength training
Build full-body strength with Pilates-inspired conditioning using bands, weights, balance training, and functional movement. Improve core stability, mobility, posture, and lean muscle — low-impact but powerfully effective. Perfect for anyone who wants to get stronger, move better, and prevent injury. All levels welcome with coaching and modifications available.
Bring a mat and water.
Fitboxing
Heavy bag fitness kickboxing
Fitness kickboxing on your own heavy bag — no sharing, no sparring. Each class combines striking technique with high-energy cardio, weights, and conditioning for a complete full-body workout. Build endurance, power, strength, coordination, and confidence. No experience required. All levels welcome.
Bring gloves, hand wraps, a mat, and water. Non-scuff athletic shoes required.
Fitboxing Bootcamp
Power, strength & conditioning
Heavy-bag rounds combined with bootcamp-style conditioning. Fast-paced intervals that build power, endurance, muscle, and serious cardio. Come ready to work — modifications available for all levels.
Saturday Morning Fitboxing
Weekend class
Kick off your weekend with a full-body fitness kickboxing class blending boxing, kickboxing, strength, and conditioning. Build cardio, power, and confidence — then head across the street to the Westside Farmers Market.
Fitboxing Fundamentals
Free small group — new members
New to kickboxing? This free small-group session gets you ready for any Fitboxing class. Learn hand wrapping, glove setup, basic punches and kicks, footwork, and safe technique with hands-on coaching. Also great for regulars who want to sharpen their skills.
Gloves and wraps required (limited loaners available). Bring water and non-scuff athletic shoes.
